Traditionally Made Italian Sauce with Slow Cooked Meat and Mushrooms

This warming, hearty stew is a flavour-packed delight combining beef, port and Antonio Carluccio's favourites, Porcini mushrooms. They add an amazing depth of earthy flavour to this already meaty and wonderful sauce. Traditionally paired with bucatini, but please feel free to choose from our range of pasta as you prefer.  

We've done the long, slow cooking for you — Simply heat sauce in a pan and add to cooked pasta. Add grated Parmesan/Pecorino if desired. It could not get any easier - A MOF MOF classic (minimum of fuss, maximum of flavour)!
