Taste the summer heat of Puglia in our delicious arrabbiata sauce.

Perfect for pasta's although we also use on pizza bases to give a little extra kick of heat. For extra heat, pair with our Olio al Peperoncino (Chilli Oil).

This sauce is made to a traditional recipe using fresh tomato pulp and puree. No preservatives, no added sugar and just the right amount of chilli. Traditionally served with Penne or Linguine, but we also recommend with our Bucatini or Galetti pastas.

Cooking Instructions - Simply stir through cooked pasta and heat again. To serve, sprinkle with Parmesan and some freshly ground black pepper - Delicious!
