Italian Infused Oil 

Calabrian chillies are crushed simultaneously with Peranzana olives that are grown and harvested on our producers estate in Puglia to create a harmonious infusion that adds a spicy kick to any dish.

Whilst cooking with Extra Virgin olive oils is not really recommended, this oil can add a spicy kick to  pasta sauces and meat ragus at the end of cooking.

Also brilliant drizzled over pizza or pasta dishes or used within marinades for barbecue dishes.
